These sessions are performed back to back with ~15 minutes in between to change linens and assess the next client before their session. Whether you're looking to simply de-stress and relax your daily tension away or you're seeking medical therapy for injury rehabilitation, we are experienced with a plethora of modalities and techniques within the industry of massage and bodywork that are certain to facilitate the best possible outcome for your intended service. Our standard session is a full-body service which incorporates movements intended to absolve the body of general tensions, promote tissue hydration, increase range of motion, encourage lymphatic and vascular circulation, speed up metabolic processes, and help to create an environment in which the body's systems can recover with optimal efficiency.
